September 13, 2023 1:00 pm

Today’s Life Question of the Week asks does setting boundaries to “protect” one’s light actually attracts more experiences and situations that require more boundaries to be set.

Next, Michael speaks with Anahita Joon. Anahita is a modern-day priestess, healer, medicine woman, credentialed spiritual counselor, and founder of She School, a global transformation and education company dedicated to restoring the sacred feminine through the embodied leadership of women.

-She School’s work with women in activating and expressing their voice from a place of wholeness, love, and fullness

Live Your Dharma Now with Sadhviji

August 30, 2023 1:00 pm

How can one “accept God’s will” vs. feeling like they’ve failed when it appears that the way they had envisioned their dreams for having a family hasn’t yet panned out? Find out on today’s Life Question of the Week.

Next, Michael welcomes Sahdviji, a renowned spiritual leader and motivational speaker based in Rishikesh, India, and author of the bestselling memoir, Hollywood to the Himalayas: A Journey of Healing and Transformation. Sadhviji lives a life of deep service through her work with the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance which is dedicated to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, and the Divine Shakti Foundation which runs free schools, vocational training programs, and empowerment programs, among her many other activities. Recently, Sadhviji was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by President Joe Biden for her lifelong commitment to volunteer service.

In their deeply powerful and transcendent conversation, Michael and Sadhviji cover:
--Her amazing journey from overcoming an eating disorder and childhood trauma, to successfully managing her life, and then, ultimately, to living a life of authentic freedom

--Accepting the grace that’s around us
--How Sadhviji discovered her unique dharma—a life of service and teaching-–and how you can find yours, and a whole lot more!

And, as always, Michael ends today’s episode with a brief guided meditation that embraces the energy and teachings of his conversation with Sadhviji.

--Transcending identifying with personal pain, and dissolving the victim/survivor mentality by identifying with what is Real—the part of us that was never or could ever be touched or harmed
--Accepting the grace that’s around us
--How Sadhviji discovered her unique dharma—a life of service and teaching-–and how you can find yours, and a whole lot more!
